We're seeking an administration/procedures Wizard to help keep us organised
**About CCL**
In a nutshell, we provide specialist Development Management Services primarily for residential land developments. **The Opportunity**
This project is all about improving the quality of our internal procedures and related documentation, to ensure that we are working as efficiently as possible. In some cases, it will involve reviewing existing documentation, while in other cases you will be developing new procedures from scratch. In addition to managing this special project you will also as and when required provide executive support to the Managing Director, and general office support.
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills and experience
- Proven experience working independently, preferably on defined projects
- Strong experience with MS Office suite, including the ability to effectively format documentation
- Good interpersonal skills, and preferably experience working in a small team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including procedure-writing experience
- Proven ability to learn new systems and explain them to others
- Good time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience in executive support
- A flexible, practical approach combined with a willingness to get involved in a range of activities.
