**Human Resources Manager**

Salesian College Chadstone is looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team. In this key role, you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to support the College's mission, vision, and values, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and performance management to staff development, employee relations, and industrial relations. Your work will be essential in maintaining a positive workplace culture and contributing to the creation of a dynamic, joy-filled Catholic learning environment.

**Application process**

Applicants should submit:

- Curriculum Vitae.
- Response to the Selection Criteria (responses to the criteria should not exceed two A4 pages).
- The names and contact details of three relevant referees including most recent Principal, if applicable.

Applications for roles must be received no later than**:4:00pm, Friday 21**st** February, 2025**

For Emergency Relief Teachers, please include two referees in your CV - one referee must be from a current or most recent employing Principal.
