About the role: In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests whilst promoting Canterbury's values.
Efficiently take orders, upselling products, assisting in meal and beverage preparation, and ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Maintaining cleanliness of all service areas, handling payment transactions accurately, and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service Assisting with patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work across various outlets including The Bistro, Bakehouse Café, The Flame Restaurant – our A La Carte Restaurant, Bulldogs Sports Bar, The Atrium Bar, Canterbury's newest function spaces and cocktail bar Bartega.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes: Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential) Full working rights in Australia Demonstrated experience in a customer service role Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment Excellent communication skills Exceptional grooming and presentation Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
