RECREATIONAL/NINJA COACH

Bunnerong Gymnastics Association Inc is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. If you are a highly organised individual, customer focused, committed to learning and self improvement and if you have a passion for Gymnastics and seeing children grow and improve through Gymnastics, we would like to hear from you. Located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, we are currently searching for a Recreational Gymnastics or Ninja Coach in a full-time, part-time or casual capacity.

Immediate start.

Work Type: Full Time, Part Time or Casual - includes working weekends.

Essential Criteria:

- Subject to a cleared Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated Programming Experience
- Excellent staff management, development and training skills
- Excellent inter-personal, leadership and communication skills
- Excellent ability to communicate with and engage with children
- Demonstrated ability to promote the services to members
- Demonstrated ability to remain effective in an ever changing environment
- Outstanding customer service skills and personal service ethic
- Ability to act as a mentor and provide training
- Intermediate computer skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Gymnastics industry

Desirable Criteria:

- Advanced Coaching (or equivalent) Accreditation
- Senior First Aid
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or demonstrated experience in running training programs
- Advanced computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
