The Role

The role of the Ninja Coach is to deliver high-quality classes for kids and teens through the Ninja Parc Academy. The majority of classes are based on a blend of obstacle and parkour skills.

Key requirements of the position:

  • Deliver high-quality Ninja Parc Academy classes
  • Engage with students & parents before & after classes
  • Participate in regular Ninja Coach development
  • Help to convert class trials into enrolled students
  • Assist with Ninja Parc events

What we are looking for (Essential):

  • Willingness to learn the specifics of obstacle training
  • Willingness to be a part of the Ninja Parc community
  • Positive attitude and high energy levels
  • Coaching certification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working With Children's Check (or equivalent)
  • National Police Check

Desirable:

  • Experience or certification in gymnastics
  • Experience or certification in obstacle/ninja training
  • Experience or certification in parkour
  • Experience or certification in calisthenics
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in customer service
