We are seeking a driven leader to spearhead our Ninja Warrior program for children.

As a key team member, you will inspire and guide young ninjas as they progress through challenging obstacle courses and grading systems.

Our Program

Our Ninja Warrior program is designed to push kids out of their comfort zones and develop essential skills like strength, agility, teamwork, and perseverance.

Grading System

Our grading system allows kids to track progress and strive for excellence with opportunities to earn new color t-shirts as they master new skills.

Your Role

As a program director, you will be responsible for:

  • - Designing engaging training sessions that promote physical fitness and mental well-being
  • - Guiding kids through obstacle courses and grading systems while providing constructive feedback and support
  • - Creating a positive and inclusive team environment that fosters growth and development

Essential Qualities

- Fitness enthusiast with a passion for Ninja Warrior training (all training provided)

- Experience working with children (not necessarily in coaching)

- Motivated, driven, and enthusiastic individual who can create a fun and supportive environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn and adapt to new coaching methods and techniques
