**What you'll do**
- You'll run the post room and assist the Facilities Manager in various tasks.
- Waste disposal.
- Reactive cleaning.
- Manual Handling of supplies.
- Preparation of meeting rooms.
- Running of the post room. Dealing with all post including couriers.
- Raising purchase order numbers and other light paperwork.
- Helping with Health & Safety compliance.
- Assisting with Site Maintenance (no experience necessary)

**About you**
- An ability to communicate verbally to all levels in a clear and polite manner and provide clear instruction as required
- Ability to work in an organised manner and prioritise tasks to meet provide a high quality service
- Ability to remain calm and professional during periods of high pressure and conflict
- An awareness of situations and conditions which have the potential to effect the safety and security of the site

You'll have a friendly disposition and be customer orientated. You'll have a willingness to learn and be part of the team with good interpersonal skills.

The role can be physical therefore some manual handling and lifting will be required.
