You will play a critical role in providing office administration support and ensuring the effectiveness of our Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality (HSEQ), and Asset Management Systems (AMS).
If you're experienced in administration, have a customer service mindset, and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you
DutiesMaintain staff records in both hard copy and electronic formats.Manage onboarding and inductions for new employees.Coordinate the depot consultation committee meetings.Support injured team members in rehabilitation and return to work.Coordinate office procurement and management of supplies.About You3-5 years' experience in a similar position.Experience in customer service-oriented environments.Intermediate to advanced computer skills.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.If you're ready to step into a crucial administrative role with opportunities for growth and impact, apply today
