**About the opportunity**

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to work with our Operations team. You would be the support person for our Senior Allocator. Assisting them in ensuring that we fulfil all our shipments, managing bookings, helping to find and match our carriers with loads, and updating and managing our systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in allocating all incoming shipments to carriers
- Update our internal systems for upcoming bookings
- Assist with any issues in the freight shipments
- Support with customer service enquiries

**Requirements**:

- Previous transport allocation experience in the logistics industry is advantageous
- Comfortable working with computer systems (we will teach you how to use ours, just a certain level of comfort with computers)
- Comfortable talking with customers on the phone
- Comfortable managing lots of bookings
- Ability to work proactively and solve problems
