**Job Description**:
**About the Role**:
As part of our Courier department, you will enable the weekly commercial admin duties and support the state manager in ensuring profitability of the business. The role will be responsible for all close off related matter, vendor invoicing, weekly KPI reporting managing some driver pay queries and offering reporting support to the State Manager to ensure they can meet their budget expectation.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prioritise time to meet weekly deadlines with a high volume of work
- Account Reporting
- Runsheet Management (collections, counselling, maintenance and communications to customers)
- Driver Pay queries (including managing allowances and deductions)
- Account Margin analysis
- Accruals (communicating to Commercial team for monthly accounting purposes)
- Fuel Levy communications - and checks with specific accounts
- Business unit continuous improvement project work

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Educated in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced level Excel and Microsoft office suite skills
