Administration & Commercial Support Officer

This is the role that keeps everything moving and on track.
We're looking for an Administration & Commercial Support Officer who takes pride in getting things right, staying organised and keeping the wheels turning. This role has a hand in almost every part of our operations, from setting up new customer accounts to ensuring every vehicle is ready for the road.
You'll:
● Set up and maintain customer accounts, making sure all details and documents are complete and accurate
● Track compliance requirements including vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, roadworthy certificates and other key deadlines
● Process fines and toll notices, ensuring records are updated and matters are closed out quickly
● Enter new vehicle stock into the system and coordinate with internal teams so they're prepared for handover
● Manage payment collections, including processing incoming payments and following up overdue accounts in a friendly but professional way
● Keep systems and records up to date, supporting other teams with admin tasks and customer enquiries when needed
Your days will be varied, moving between system work, customer communication, document handling and coordination across different departments. You'll have a clear view of what's happening and make sure every detail is on track.
What you'll bring
● Experience in administration, customer service or fleet/vehicle support
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
● Accuracy and attention to detail in compliance-heavy work
● Confidence with CRM systems, Excel and cloud-based tools
● Clear and professional communication skills, especially when following up overdue accounts
