Job Title: Operations and Commercial Support Officer

  • This role involves supporting the Commercial and Financial Lead in their day-to-day activities.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the schedule of the Commercial and Financial Lead to ensure all meetings and program deliverables are met.

In addition, they will provide administrative support to the wider Commercial and Financial team as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in project management or business management, and experience with document management and reporting.

  • Manage the schedule of the Commercial and Financial Lead
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial and Financial team
  • Maintain accurate records throughout the project
Qualifications and Experience
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in project management or business management is highly regarded.
  • Research and analytical experience to support business activities, such as scheduling, cost, quality, specifications, data, and financials.
  • Experience with document management and reporting.
