**Office Administrator / Personal Assistant**

Duties include but not limited to:

- Providing admin and project support to the Directors and Engineers
- Assisting in the set-up and maintenance of projects
- Project tracking duties involving the analysis of data and producing weekly trend reports
- Budgeting with the use of cash flows and monitoring company expenditure
- Arranging travel and accommodation (disbursements)
- Taking of meeting minutes
- Accounting duties including processing invoices, monthly expense checks and analysing financial reports
- Document management for projects
- Other Administrative duties include:

- Diary management
- Maintaining files, records and registers
- Maintenance and set up of software and computing systems
- General IT support
- Weekly employee timesheets data collation
- Employment forms and administration
- Mail duties
- Marketing duties (Website, B2B advertising material, LinkedIn management)
- Stationery & supply ordering
- Data entry and other ad hoc administration tasks
- General cleaning

You will ideally have the following:

- Experience in an Administrative or PA role.
- Exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of organisation, ability to prioritise tasks and expert attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision whilst delivering results

Desirable:

- Knowledge of or prior use of MS Project
- Understanding of Project Management Principles

The position is:

- Casual contract on an hourly rate
- Full time, approximately 38 hours per week, however negotiable to suit
- Hourly rate to be confirmed at time of engagement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
