Dynamics 365 Business Central Solutions Expert

A Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant plays a pivotal role in our post-implementation Operations team. As a techno-functional consultant, you will work closely with clients to anticipate their needs and provide proactive solutions to potential challenges.
About the RoleThis dynamic position involves configuring and customizing D365BC solutions, responding to client support requests, and monitoring system performance to identify potential issues. You will also proactively analyze client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in development within D365 Business Central/NAV
- Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management, and change management
- Experience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories, and development specifications
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, scope, and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules
