Since 2008, Energy Makeovers has helped over 10,000 businesses save thousands of dollars each year in electricity running costs via LED Lighting Upgrades, Commercial Solar and Hot Water Heat Pump Upgrades.

Your focus will be to help Victorian businesses to upgrade old inefficient Hot Water Systems to new Heat Pump Hot Water Systems which will save customers over 70% in water heating costs.
- In the majority of cases, generous State and National subsidies help our customers upgrade at no or very little cost. These government schemes are designed to reduce electricity and/or gas use by creating financial incentives for organisations to invest in upgrades to save energy._

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks which include:

- Hunting for new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through a range of methods including cold calling and referral

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A successful track record in Business-to-Business Sales is essential
- Passion for sales, meeting sale targets & KPIs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively.
- Working autonomously and have Excellent communication skills.
- Strong cold calling skills with a focus on continuously building pipelines and business relationships.
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in negotiations & closing sales.
- A proactive, friendly team player with a 'can do' attitude.

**WE OFFER**:

- An attractive hourly rate ranging between $30/hr to $40hr
- On target earnings of $2,000+ per week
- Flexible hours during the week (minimum 25 hours)
