**Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes**:

- Support Worker Positions available for both **New Entrant & Experienced applicants**:

- **Permanent Part-Time contracts** available with** hourly rates from $28.01- $30.60p/h + 11% super**:

- Travel Allowance of **$0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time** between clients
- **Cessnock NSW **location and surrounding suburbs including **Aberdare, Abermain, Bellbird/Heights, Bishops Bridge, Branxton, Brunkerville, Buchanon, Cessnock, Congewai, Ellalong, Elrington, Greta, Kearsley, Kitchener, Kurri Kurri, Laguna, Lochinvar, Lovedale, Milfield, Mount View, Mulbring, Neath, North Rothbury, Nulkaba, Oswald, Paxton, Pelaw Main, Pelton, Polkolbin, Quarrobolng, Rothbury, Sawyers Gully, Stanford Merthyr, Stockrington, Weston, Windella & Wollomb.**

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Friday
- Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support ideal but not essential

**Your New Role**:

- **Help At Home**: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
- **Safety Practices**: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
- **Client Awareness**:such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
- **Client Support**: Assisted dressing or supervising daily hygiene**:

- **Social & Wellbeing**: accompany clients to appointments & outings**:

- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings**

**Experienced Applicant Tasks Only
