Position Overview :Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Customer Consultant positions with one of Australia's most reputable and trusted homegrown banks.
In this role, you will assist customers via phone and digital messaging channels, delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic service.
You'll provide exceptional support to both new and existing customers, handling a range of inquiries from setting up new accounts to resolving missed payments and assisting with lost or stolen cards.
As part of a customer-focused team, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.Pay rate: $35.86 per hour plus superLocation: Ipswich CBD (Ideal for Public Transport)Full-time hours: 37.5 hours/weekRostering hours: between 8am and 9pmAvailability: Full availability Monday to Sunday, 7-day rosterKey Responsibilities :Provide high-quality customer service with empathy, patience, and resilience.Approach each customer interaction with understanding, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.Build rapport through active listening, clear communication, and genuine engagement.Develop trusted relationships by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through strong interpersonal skills.Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.Support colleagues and promote open communication to contribute to a positive team culture.Skills / Experience Required :Previous experience in Customer Service; Call Centre experience is desirable but not essential.Exceptional communication skills and eagerness to learn.Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.Motivated individual focused on personal and team success.Ability to pass criminal history and anti-money laundering checks.Full Australian Working Rights.What's in it for you?
