australia melbourne contract au$600 - au$650 per dayDue to a busy period our client is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join their team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Group Infrastructure, and working closely with the IT, security, and other teams, you will primarily be working on a 2003/2008 Server decommission.

Duties will be:

- Co-ordinate server monthly restarts for server fleet, ensure server patching is up to date.
- Fill in documentation gaps.
- Identify restarts that can be automated.
- Windows Server Administration experience covering Server 2003 up to current server operating systems (2022)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory/SCCM.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Service Now CMDB/ITOM experience
- Azure ARC experience a plus

This role will be to start ASAP, so a short notice period is preferred. You will need to pass background and compliance checks prior to start. This is a 6-month contract initially with extensions.
