**Your opportunity**

The Senior Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for the lifecycle of aging hardware and software, they will be required collaborate with business stakeholders, technical staff and vendors and plan activities required to uplift the platform. You will also be required to support and/or facilitate agile ceremonies based on the Scrum methodology such as inceptions, estimations, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives. The agile Business Infrastructure Analyst will have the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and deliver with a mindset that maximises the value delivered to our customers.

Your expertise and qualifications will include:

- Relevant degree qualification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a Business and IT environment working as a Business Analyst or Senior Infrastructure Analyst
- Experience in server upgrades, including Windows Server, SQL Server,.Net
- Experience in working with infrastructure vendors to produce a deployment approach and sequencing of server upgrades
- Experience in ITIL, raising changes and representing changes to a Change Advisory.
- Experienced in the use of JIRA for managing backlogs and driving reporting
- Experience working on business change, internal IT and infrastructure related projects
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, System Architects, Developers, Testers, Design Teams, Customer and User Experience experts to drive business solutions that align with project objectives

**Specialisations that would make an impact**
- Desirable to have exposure to enterprise testing tools and conducting UAT testing with the business
- Experience of working with Human Centered Design concepts, Lean process methodologies and Six Sigma will be viewed positively
- Use of formal documentation methodologies (such as UML, BPM, Use Cases & User Stories)
