**The role**:
As a Graduate IT Service Delivery Analyst at Symal, you'll be the first line of support for our people—configuring and deploying devices, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

In this pivotal role, you will gain hands-on and dynamic experience, working in a high-performing IT team, delivering ambitious projects for one of the fastest growing construction businesses within Australia.

This role is perfect for a young and ambitious graduate who is eager and energetic.

**Your impact**:
You will help support Symal's IT operations by deploying devices, resolving tech issues, managing assets, and assisting staff across offices.

**Your every day**:

- Deploy and configure laptops, phones, and other devices for staff across the business.
- Manage IT assets, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support and train staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
- Work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and mobile device platforms.

**Who are you?**
- Holds a relevant IT degree and has at least 1x years' experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Strong communicator with an empathetic, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Confident working with Microsoft technologies (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows 11, Microsoft 365).
- Experienced in supporting iOS and Android devices, with solid troubleshooting skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
