**What this opportunity involves**:
The Property Services Supervisor is to co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of a cross section of operational aspects of the property, overseeing the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.

A snapshot of the role:

- Compliance & Safety: Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards (including Lendlease GMR), and environmental requirements.
- Maintenance & Risk Management: Coordinate property services, conduct inspections, manage contractors, and maintain risk management systems.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Contribute to budget preparation, monitor expenses, and provide input for monthly reports.
- Sustainability: Implement sustainability initiatives, monitor performance data, and participate in sustainability committees.
- Defect Management: Identify, record, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
- Adaptability to client and JLL processes
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive approach to client needs and tenant expectations
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and empathy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Openness to learning new web-based platforms
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable._
- Trade Certificate in refrigeration, mechanical, or electrical will be favourably considered._
