We are seeking a dedicated and reliable **Permanent Part Time** **Cleaning Supervisor** to join our team. This role is a **level 3 classification paying $27.17 per hour,** plus other allowances. Hours are a minimum of** 5.5hrs per fortnight**. You will be required to travel to the areas in and around **Renmark, Berri and Riverland**. It is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly site visits to perform cleaning inspections in designated areas
- Provide on-site training and support to cleaning staff
- Organize and coordinate staff shifts as needed
- Oversee stock control and inventory management
- Handle additional operational duties as they arise
- Provide coverage for staff absences when required performing the following activities: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, emptying rubbish bin, cleaning toilet/shower facilities, cleaning glass surfaces, pathological cleaning duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle, as travel across various regions is required. A travel allowance will be provided to cover mileage and related expenses.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively
- Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
- Have unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Willing to undertake other compliance checks as required
