Laboratory Technician

Synergy People are seeking a Laboratory Technician for an immediate start. The successful applicant will be reliable, motivated and preferably have experience working within food manufacturing.

This will initially be a casual position with the view to full-time permanent, offering 2-5 days per week.

**Duties may include but are not limited to**:

- Preparation of ingredients for production
- Environmental swabbing
- Product testing
- Assisting with audits
- Administration and computer tasks
- Assisting with general day to day laboratory duties
- General housekeeping

**Preferred criteria**:

- Relevant qualifications highly regarded
- Experience working within the food industry preferred
- Proven experience working within a lab testing environment
- Commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality standards
- Drivers license and own car preferred as public transport is limited

**Position Location**:South** **Nowra NSW 2541

**Hours of Work**:2 to 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

**Length of Assignment**:On-going, permanent
