**Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for Home Claims**:

- **Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne location**

**The Role**

This executive role is responsible for leading Suncorp's end-to-end supply chain operations for the Home Claims Customers Insurance portfolio, whilst spearheading the successful delivery of the supply chain transformation programme of work.

With accountability for establishing and maintaining a robust panel of Building, Restoration, Contents and Temporary Accommodation suppliers, this role ensures comprehensive geographic coverage and scalable capacity to support a high number of claims per year, including peak demand during natural hazard events.

It is accountable for the procurement and management of temporary accommodation, contents supply, as well as the building and restoration panel, driving high-quality repair outcomes and rigorous cost control.

**What you'll do**
- Accountable for leading and delivering the transformation program, ensuring the achievement insurance cost savings
- Owns the design and implementation of an end-to-end supply chain strategy that is fully aligned with enterprise objectives and Suncorp's customer obsessed and digital-first vision, ensuring scalable, efficient, and customer-centric claims delivery
- Leads and directs the execution of transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence, sustained cost optimisation, and long-term resilience in line with organisational strategic priorities
- Directs and owns the optimisation of spend across major cost categories, including building repairs, restoration, contents, and temporary accommodation, using data-driven insights and advanced analytics
- Accountable for identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, embedding robust governance frameworks

**What you'll bring**
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business, Finance, Commerce)
- Proven experience in supply chain leadership and transformation delivery
- Proven experience in Home Insurance and/or Construction Industry
- Familiarity with digital tools and analytics in claims and/or supply chain environments
