We are growing and expanding in all our services. To support us through our change and growth we are seeking a Return to Work Coordinator to join an established team based at our corporate office in Nudgee on a 6-month part-time contract with the possibility of extension.

**The Role**:
Working with the Return to Work Business Partner, you will assist with the coordination of workers compensation claims and injury management support for our injured employees to enable a safe and successful return to work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the Return to Work Business Partner with incident/injury follow-up and end-to-end case management of claims
- Accurately complete administrative tasks associated with injury management, fitness for work and workers compensation
- Liaise with injured workers, health professionals, insurance agents, legal and rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, strategies, and education to improve the outcomes of workplace injuries
- Provide support and guidance to all staff with respect to workers compensation claims and return to work processes
- Ensure incidents and injuries reported via Riskman are reviewed and managed according to requirements
- Gather Workers Compensation claim information and lodge claims according to QLD/NSW scheme requirements
- Assist with payroll information and processing fortnightly partial workers compensation wage payments

**About You**:

- Professional experience preferably in a client service/allied health/legal/insurance or operations-based position
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Developed time management skills with the ability to manage competing workloads and priorities
- A positive and friendly demeanour with a strong consumer service focus and collaborative team approach
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements
- Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator qualification (desirable but not essential)
