A Day in the Life:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assessing client needs and developing effective strategies to promote return to work. You will work closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop individualized return to work plans
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful return to work outcomes
  • Provide education and training on return to work principles and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and registration in Social Work, Rehab Counselling, or Psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
