Job Title:
Strategic Business Partner.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic guidance aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with teams to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies
Provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management matters
Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
Facilitate learning and development programs to build organisational capability
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Proven experience in a blue collar workforce environment. At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Proven experience in a strategic HR role, within the Public Sector.
