- Therapy Focus is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Reference Group. As a member of this group, you will play a crucial role in shaping how our services are designed and delivered so they are inclusive, effective and accessible for all.

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with lived experience who reflect our customer base. This includes but is not limited to:

- People aged between 18-25 years old.
- Parents of children in primary or high school who can share their experiences and perspectives on supporting their child's therapy journey.
- People living in regional or remote areas who can provide insights into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by these communities.
- Older adults who can share their experiences and perspective on therapy services.
- Individuals involved in therapy services in school settings who can provide feedback on how therapy services can best support students in educational environments.
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander service recipients or their families who can help ensure our services are culturally safe and responsive.
- Representative of key stakeholders inclusive of school and education workers, local coordinators, policy makers, funders, and health professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in regular committee meetings, bi-monthly, and discussions to shape service development and improvement. Meetings can be joined in person or online.
- Provide feedback on Therapy Focus services to ensure they meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to advocate for inclusive and accessible therapy services.
