At **Italian Street Kitchen**, we pride ourselves on local produce, inspiring delicious hand crafted food bursting with flavour in a warm and welcoming environment. We are located in the heart of **Bella Vista** and are currently looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join our Restaurant Management team.

**About the position and the duties included**:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead, drive and mentor a team of enthusiastic and committed team members to deliver a great tasting meal along with and awesome customer experience.
- Some of your duties will include:_
- Ensuring daily procedures for opening & closing the restaurant are adhered to
- Maintain compliance to established food quality and standards
- Manage workload to ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations
- Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity
- Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and inventory to enhance sales
- Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant

**About you**:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must have a valid **RSA **with intermediate knowledge of liquor
- Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, profit & loss and working in line with company objectives and KPI's
- Results driven - with the ability to demonstrate previous KPI achievements
- Exceptional communication skills with guests, staff and suppliers
- Display excellent personal hygiene and presentation at all times
- Able to work full-time with no restriction on working hours and on a rotating roster
