About Our ClientA well-known Business in the industry of Garden Maintenance, Landscaping - A company that encourages career development, supports flexibility and cares about your personal wellbeing and safety.Your RoleWe currently havea new vacancyavailable for aGrounds Team Leader and offsider positionswho will be responsible for deliveringGrounds Maintenanceworks as part of a wider team.
You will work at a variety of locations & travel between multiple sites within Gatton QLD & Surrounding.
This role will also include carrying out regular ground's maintenance activities.Team leaders will be provided with a Work Ute, Trailer, Mobile phone.Use of whipper Snippers and blowers to manage vegetation and debrisOperate mower to mow large open sitesAssist as required in other grounds maintenance activitiesManage delivery of works on site to ensure productivityOperating a vehicle with trailer attachmentComplete job information on an iPad, i.e. photographs, work logs, pre-starts & labour entriesPerform general maintenance to plant and equipmentEnsure all safe work practices are followedWhat You BringTo be successful in this role you will have proven experience in landscaping, gardening or grounds maintenance.
Additionally, you will:Hold a current & clean drivers license with reliable transportHold a valid Police CheckReliability and a willingness to travelExcellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectivelyA strong commitment to safety2-5 Years of Horticulture experience (For team leaders applying)Why Join?
