**The role**
As an experienced Precast Foreman you will be responsible for the control and management of the Precast Production teams, to ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to along with precast programs, production specifications and making sure standards are achieved.
- You will be able to read and understand design plans and drawings.
- You easily liaise with your staff, internal stakeholders, and clients, ensuring all parties are working to the same outcomes.
- Chair daily pre-start meetings.
- You are a skilled supervisor delegating/directing all staff under your supervision with all aspects of the precast production.
- Assisting in the training of employees to meet competency levels.
- You have that eye for detail, paramount in the civil arena.
- You will have excellent time management skills, setting priorities, and ensuring staff on-site complete assigned tasks within timelines.
- You will also have exceptional database management skills,
- Champion and update all scope of works, ensuring all records and all other projects paperwork and forms are filled in correctly.
- Follow up correspondence, ensuring it is signed by clients accordingly for statutory reporting,
- Coordinating and authorising staff timesheets weekly.
- Ordering and coordinating materials with consideration and working to cost/budget.
**Essential**
- 5+ years' experience as a foreman
- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualifications.
- Experienced in supervision for Precast, concrete.
- Passionate about the companies' values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, working together and performance excellence.
- Strong commitment to the safety promise of "Home Without Harm".
- Valid licenses for high-risk work
- Current driver's license
- Calm disposition under pressure
- Strong communication coupled with the ability to liaise will staff while working to deadlines.
