Field Project Leader

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will be responsible for the provision of robust and effective on-site leadership and execution of the Builds and Projects department, that enables the team to deliver; safe, efficient and compliant field services support to the Mining Division and its Customers.

The Project Leader role is the required to lead and direct outcomes set out by the Project Manager, ensuring compliance and conformance to operational goals and company needs.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for leadership in new machine delivery program and special projects completion
- Provide effective leadership and direction to allocated team members
- Drive a project's completion through accuracy and compliance to process and deliverables
- Provide reports and liaise with customers regarding operations

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous planning / scheduling experience
- Experience in supervising employees with the desire to drive a team
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Trade certificate in relevant discipline highly regarded
