As the business continues to grow nationally, they are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join their team.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to a licensed electrician who enjoys working in the field, solving technical problems, and delivering excellent customer service. You will perform onsite servicing, provide training and support, and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and product performance across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite diagnostics and repairs for automated access products
  • Train and support end-users, retailers, and commercial customers
  • Respond to emergency repairs and technical issues as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide occasional support to warehouse and branch operation

Key Requirements

  • A-Grade Electrical License or Unrestricted License (mandatory)
  • At least 4 years' experience as a service technician (ideally in consumer or light industrial products)
  • Valid Australian driver's licence with clean driving record
  • Customer-focused and able to work independently
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Forklift and Working at Heights certificates (or willingness to obtain)
