**The Role**
As our Executive Manager, Enterprise Architecture and Governance you will set the vision for Enterprise Architecture at IAG, govern the change agenda to ensure consider decisions are applied towards achieving the visions and maintain a vibrant Federated Architecture community. You will be responsible for leading your team and partners to deliver world leading customer experiences, drive profitability and create sustainable value for IAG. You will also develop and improve partnerships that drive the above outcomes.

You will be customer focussed, results driven and able to work collaboratively with our people, customers, and partners. You will cultivate innovation within your team and partners and will demonstrate and encourage life-long learning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilise specialist expertise and strong business acumen to develop, maintain and drive operationalisation of the IAG Enterprise Architecture.
- Drive the creation of Enterprise Architecture artefacts that support the alignment of solutions to the Technology Strategy.
- Develop, maintain and communicate at senior stakeholder level the Architecture Vision for key aspects of the Technology environment including personal line, commercial lines and claims.
- Develop solution approach for emerging strategic programs and maintain oversight and alignment of solutions to support strategic transformation programmes.
- Facilitate governance routines to ensure alignment to Technology Strategy and Architecture Vision.
- Collaborate with extended the Technology team to maintain a vibrant Federated Architecture team.
- Resolve key Architecture decisions that impact the definition of the Enterprise Vision.
- Provide thought leadership and leverage industry best practice and market insights to drive world leading customer experiences..
- Contribute to Technology and IAG performance with insights, collaborative input and expertise that promotes value creation, innovation and improved performance

**Skills & Experience**
- Accomplished in Enterprise Architecture and transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.
- Experience in fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience creating/capturing sustainable value.
- Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and shape strategies and initiatives into plans for successful delivery.
- Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours.
- Experience in building capability and optimising the performance of teams.
- Experience in building stakeholder partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
- Experience with creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.
- Experience in identifying and managing risks with effective risk controls.
