**Your impact**:
We are currently looking for a Continuous improvement Lead (Revenue management) to join the Carlton United Breweries Revenue Management team. Here at CUB, Revenue Management is considered one of our 3 critical commercial capabilities. We have a well-resourced team and have made recent investments in advanced systems & tools (AI) to support the business in unlocking the best outcomes for CUB and our customers.

In this role you will lead the continuous transformation journey as we navigate and transform how Revenue Management, Finance and the Sales teams operate and engage with the business leveraging the promotional planning tool, reporting and advanced analytics. Your new role will focus on embedding and implanting our new ways of working which will allow us to extract the full benefits available via a compete tool set and adoption into commercial planning.

**Key Requirements**:

- Leading the Revenue Management change agenda with Sales, Finance & Rev Man on behalf of the Head of Revenue Management and GM Sales.
- Partner with Head of Sales to implement effective rhythms and develop tools to fully leverage our promotional planning tool (TPM) across the commercial team to transform how CUB plan and review performance.
- Implement, embed and extract value from our promotional optimisation tool (TPO) powered by advanced analytics and AI.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve CUB financial performance with a focus on ROI and post event reviews, working with Sales, Finance and & Rev Man to execute recommendations.
- Own the reporting solution including the development of new reporting requirements and management of data integrity to support effective outputs for cross-functional review in key commercial planning forums.
- Business lead on Revenue Management systems and tools 3yr roadmap that will continue to transform how CUB build & optimise promotional programs.

**About you**:
In this role you will be expected to drive outcomes and commercial result by working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, cross functionally. You will have a comprehensive understanding of how to extract value using revenue management and experience partnering with Senior Sales/Commercial stakeholders.

**Additionally**:

- Knowledge of Promotional Management Tools (Promax advantageous)
- Knowledge of Promotional Optimisation Tools.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills
- Effective planning and project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
