**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time People & Culture Manager to join SeaLink South East Queensland.

Based in Cleveland, the People & Culture Manager will be part of a team that values integrity and teamwork. This position will work closely with the General Manager, leaders and team members to provide a customer focused, high-quality People & Culture consultancy service, focusing on areas such as Industrial and Employee Relations, Enterprise Agreement negotiations, Recruitment, Employee Life Cycle and Engagement activities.

Key to your success in this role, you will demonstrate experience working independently in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You will have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Your trusted leadership and advisory qualities will allow you to mentor and coach senior leaders in HR practices, helping to navigate complex workplace issues and deliver tailored P&C solutions that drive organisational success.

**About You**
- Tertiary Qualifications in a Human Resources related discipline (essential)
- Comprehensive experience in a senior people and culture role, across all facets of people management and leadership, including employee relations and enterprise bargaining
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation, remuneration and benefits, safety, employee engagement, and development
- Experience conducting complex workplace investigations
- Proven track record in implementing and managing the employee lifecycle including recruitment processes
- Experience contributing to business strategy, delivering and creating operational excellence and contemporary HR practices, along with ensuring we have the right culture to empower our people
- Curious and critical thinking to explore new ideas and improve ways of working
