Overview:
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing and managing growth strategies across digital channels to increase performance and conversion. As a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager you will align with our values, brand vision and goals to drive our acquisition and retention strategies. You will be responsible for driving high quality traffic through the management and strategy of digital marketing channels across our three store fronts. You will love testing and learning, taking actionable insights from data and sharing that data across teams. You will lead and manage the digital marketing team to be at the forefront of customer behaviour, segmentation and data analysis to foster a loyal customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and execute the digital marketing strategy in line with business growth plans and core strategies
- Set clear acquisition and retention strategies to optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns in line with core marketing calendar and targets.
- Own operational delivery, optimisation & reporting of all digital channels, including budget management, ROI and KPIs
- Continuously optimise and analyse customer journeys and programs, ensuring relevant and engaging lifecycle communications
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign creation from briefing to go-live deployment, through to reporting
- Manage all Affiliate partnerships including optimisation and growth of program
- Oversee the loyalty program to achieve key KPIs around customer retention and create a loyal customer base
- Manage and grow our product review program, including increasing reviews, managing communications, optimising sends, exploring new attributes and working with external suppliers
- Identify and create customer segments for cross-channel campaigns
- Gather insights on customers behaviour and transform these into actionable optimisation campaigns, including increased data capture
- Manage subscribers and customer data in line with legislation and privacy requirements
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting to CEO and leadership team, including insights and feedback for further optimisation and identifying potential business opportunities to grow revenue and increase conversion.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;
- Marketing degree, or similar
- Strong people management experience
- Exceptional digital marketing skills across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok advertising, Pinterest, SEO and other lead generation activities including affiliates.
- Strong experience in data analysis platforms and driving insights
- A passion for customer lifecycle management
- Experiencing planning and managing customer journeys and flows
- Adobe Creative suite highly desired
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Digital Marketing Manager role at a retail brand or agency
- Experience with managing all digital channels and digital strategy
- Strong knowledge of funnels
- Experience with Affiliates
- Proven analytics and segmentation experience to drive increased growth and ROI in a fast moving environment essential
- Demonstrated experience deriving insights from structured data and driving commercial returns from a rigorous test and learn optimisation plan
- You will have a deep understanding of CRM and complex customer journey to drive conversion, acquisition and retention
- Demonstrated experience conducting AB and multivariate testings
- Strong analysis and reporting experience
