Clough Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Discipline Team Mentor - Mechanical fabric Maintenance to join the team In this role you will effectively carry out planned and unplanned maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the maintenance system along with other responsibilities.

The Discipline Mentor will assist Clough Wood's Bayu Undan Team to provide support and expertise to the client project team.

Your focus will include:

- Establish and maintain open, honest and positive communication to enable capacity development of multi-cultural personnel.
- Continually monitor the implementation of training plans, create competency opportunities and adjustment of training activity where required for Timorese personnel.
- Ensure trade discipline understand safety requirements, key performance indicators, quality standards and time frames required to complete scope of works.
- Enable opportunities for the completion of competency development evidence recording and signoff.
- Ensure work packs, ITP's and maintenance procedures are followed during offshore implementation.
- Ensure all reports are completed, work packs closed out and material data reports are completed as campaigns progress.

What you will bring to the team:

- Wide range of experience in the supervision of appropriate technical campaigns consisting of 10 to 12 people
- Experience with the supervision of multi-disciplined workforce
- Relevant professional/trade qualification
- Minimum of 3 years offshore/onshore oil and gas experience
- Working Safely at Heights
- Mechanical/pipefitting background with experience in fabric maintenance
- Prior experience in blast, paint and coatings would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems preferred (e.g. SAP)
