Are you looking to take the next step in your fabrication career? We are seeking two Fabrication Technicians to join a growing engineering team in Malaga. These roles will support the fabrication of high-quality water treatment plants and related equipment, working in a collaborative workshop environment.

The RolesFabrication Technician (Senior Level – 3 to 5 years experience) As a more experienced Fabrication Technician, you will:

  • Read and interpret drawings including GAs, P&IDs, and isometric diagrams.
  • Apply knowledge of hydrostatic and pneumatic testing methods for piping integrity.
  • Work hands-on with tools, pipe cutters, and solvent welding techniques.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Salary Range: $87,000 – $95,000 + superannuation

Fabrication Technician (Junior Level – 1 to 3 years experience) As an early-career Fabrication Technician, you will:

  • Gain experience in reading and understanding fabrication and engineering drawings.
  • Apply knowledge of hydrostatic and pneumatic testing methods.
  • Develop skills with hand tools, pipe cutters, and solvent welding techniques.
  • Work closely with the fabrication team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Salary Range: $79,000 – $86,000 + superannuation
