Aerison is a multi-discipline provider of engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction services. THE ROLE
With a strong pipeline of major projects, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Bibra Lake. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Building relationships with key stakeholders internally and with the various clients.
Coordinator duties include:
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to plan the works.
Coordinate and schedule all project resources, including but not limited to Labour, Plant & Equipment and Materials.
Scoping and estimating of works.
Assist in Project Managing / Cost Control.
Supervising where other Supervisors are already allocated / unavailable.
Provide mentoring for other Supervisors.
Ability to support Engineers in dust maintenance activities, including:
Undertake inspections and system audits.
Follow up with clients to plan rectification works.
Building / developing a project team to ensure maximum performance.
Understanding of scopes and ability to read technical documentation.
Understanding of the rules / processes of mining companies across the Pilbara region, whilst ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the team members.
Planning of resources.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience andqualifications.
Mechanical Trade Certificate or higher.
5+ Years in Supervisory Role.
Schedule 26.
Practical experience / knowledge of how mechanical systems work.
Experience in dust extraction & ventilation systems is preferable.
Proven ability to work well as part of a team on installation & maintenance projects ensuring safety, performance and compliance.
