Civmec is currently seeking applications from experienced SMP Supervisor with a strong background in delivering SMP and vertical projects within the resources sector. The Role

• Oversee the construction, installation, and maintenance of structural, mechanical, and piping components.
• Lead and mentor a team of experience trades personnel, providing guidance and support
• Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
• Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives
• Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes and weekly reporting
• Manage labour relations and coordinate with the representative groups to ensure a harmonious workplace;

About You To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:

• You will be an experienced Supervisor (SMP) with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Experience working on a large-scale construction project or similar in the same role.
• Managing and driving completions and punch listing crews.
• Well-honed project planning and scheduling skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and stakeholder management
