Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services provider. Founded in 2007, it started with shutdown specialists in the Pilbara and has grown to over 3,000 personnel nationwide.

Our projects team specializes in delivering multi-disciplinary Brownfield and Greenfield CAPEX and OPEX projects, with a strong track record with Blue Chip mining clients. We handle all project phases, from design to handover, including remedial, capital, and expansion works.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an SMP Project Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role at our Head Office and on-site. Responsibilities include leading trade and non-trade personnel, supporting HSE practices, conducting risk assessments, tracking project progress, reviewing quality documentation, managing procurement, capturing variations and claims, mentoring project teams, and managing minor projects or SMP scope on major projects.

ABOUT YOU

Candidates should have a relevant Trade or Engineering qualification, at least 5 years' experience in management or senior supervision, strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and industrial projects, experience with CMS documentation, multidisciplinary project experience, ability to manage multiple projects, flexibility to work away, and a current Australian Driver's Licence.
