**Join Our Team at Hobart Tower Motel**

**Position: Housekeeping Supervisor**

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our motel. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Developing and implementing cleaning schedules to meet guest needs and maintain efficiency.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Training new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and concerns, and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.38 - $50.32 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
