**Position Summary**:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing complex integration projects within a large organization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward common goals.
- Strong focus on delivering value to clients and end-users.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Capability to analyse complex data and derive actionable insights.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for app integrations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into a clear product roadmap.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
- Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that integrations meet client and business requirements.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make informed decisions on product enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and integration quality.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and integration tools to continuously improve the product offering.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor the progress of development activities, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints are met.
- Work with QA teams to identify and resolve issues before they impact end users.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed product decisions and track the performance of app integrations.
- Continuously evaluate product performance against KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to capture insights and inform product improvements.

**Salary Range**:>$100,000
