We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our Metro mobile apps. As a key member of our dynamic Publishing team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the product roadmap.


About this Role:

  • Manage the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user story creation, feature prioritisation, and release planning.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on data and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to drive the development cycle, ensuring features and initiatives are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Develop and execute product plans that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Analyse user feedback and audience data to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2- 5 years of experience working with engineering, design, and delivery teams in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Understanding of the agile methodology, product best practices, and the critical steps of product development from discovery to delivery.
  • The ability to synthesise customer feedback into valuable product insights.
