Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Experience Champion to join our Business Banking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who can own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every interaction within the app is intuitive, valuable, and aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for innovation within the app.

They will define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the banking app, aligned with customer needs and business strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Owning the customer journey within the banking app, ensuring a frictionless, engaging, and value-driven experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the banking app, aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
  • Lead discovery efforts to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for innovation within the app.
  • Translate insights into actionable user stories and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Champion a mobile-first mindset and ensure accessibility, performance, and usability standards are met.
  • Monitor app performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across squads and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all digital experiences.
