**About the Role**:
We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our Ground Support Crew for our hot air balloon operations. As part of the team, you'll be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment helping to set up, launch, chase, and pack down the balloon. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, physical work, and being part of an exciting tourism experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with inflating and deflating the hot air balloon
- Follow the balloon in a support vehicle during flight (the "chase")
- Safely pack down and load balloon equipment after landing
- Interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain vehicles, trailers, and equipment in good condition
- Uphold our safety procedures and high standards of presentation

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Available for early morning starts (generally 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Current manual driver's licence (preferred)
- MR licence or towing experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be punctual, responsible, and customer-focused

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $37.59 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
