Maintenance Officer

Are you a Tradie or experienced handyman?
Looking for job security with a variety of work?
Do you have a passion for great customer service?
We are looking for someone with previous experience in maintenance/ handyman work, with a range of skills to complete a variety of jobs.
The successful applicant will have good communications skills and be able to relate to older persons. You will be punctual and reliable, with the ability to work on your own or with others. A current NSW drivers licence (min C class) is required.
Based within our Property Services Team, you will start and finish at our Maintenance Shed located at Booragul. Working within a team, you will be provided tools and have use of an Anglican Care vehicle to transport you to various sites throughout the day.

**Your day will include a variety of jobs including**: General repairs & maintenance Carpentry Plastering and painting Basic tiling Gardening
With attractive working hours, this fantastic position will allow you work-life balance. You will also be paid penalty rates for occasional weekend work as part of a rotating on-call roster.
You will be remunerated according to your experience and qualifications with an attractive hourly rate plus. As a Not-for-profit Organisation you will also be able to maximise your income through Salary Packaging.
