Johns Lyng Strata Services provides emergency, direct, maintenance and insurance building services nationally, working with small to large strata brokers, strata managers, strata schemes, owner corporations and property managers.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Engage, coordinate & manage trades for strata insurance & strata direct projects
- Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
- Liaise between strata insurance companies & insured parties
- Provide regular repair progress updates to customers
- Coordinate access to properties
- Dispute & issue resolution, as required
- Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements
- Ensure all inspection, certificate of final inspection & other relevant documentation is signed off

**Key Selection Criteria**: Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.
- Carpentry, Building Trade or Building Management background
- Experience in the Strata or Insurance Building sector advantageous, however not essential
- Ability to supervise residential & commercial projects
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Good work ethic & highly motivated
- Strong computer skills & sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Current & valid motor vehicle licence
