**The opportunity**

This Gold Coast (Bundall) based role sits within our Security Training Team who are tasked with the creation, management and implementations of Access, Perimeter & High Security training solutions.

As Training Coordinator, you will report to the Training Manager - APAC & IMEA, supporting with the management and administration of the Training Courses supplied by the Gallagher Security team.

- Utilise your exceptional organisational - including the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver
- Be a highly effective communicator, both verbal and written with an eye for detail - making sure written material and correspondence is accurate and concise
- Be enthusiastic, engaging, and knowledgeable when speaking to existing customers ensuring they have a positive experience and purchase the right training solutions to meet their needs
- Have experience with Microsoft Office suite / Teams

**Key responsibilities**
- Draft and distribute all pre-course correspondence
- Liaise with venue partners for course bookings
- Oversee all training equipment freight & logistics
- Be responsible for the administration of training registrations, including maintenance of course attendee registers as required
- Help publish new training courses and schedules
- Provide excellent post-course correspondence
- Order training manuals
